Alan,
thank you to clarify how to read you when you write "governance" and "management".
For my part, i mean by governance, the rules under which you manage.
Cobit 5 from ISACA is saying "Governance framework" (Process EDM01 : Ensure Governance Framework Setting and Maintenance")
From a French culture perspective, i use "governance regime" (Fr : régime).
"Ensure Governance Regime Setting and Maintenance".
